Dana White might be the most well-known leader of a sports league or organization in the country, and according to reports this week the UFC President came pretty, darned close to the world knowing him a little too well. Like … intimately.

Dana White might be the most well-known leader of a sports league or organization in the country, and according to reports this week the UFC President came pretty, darned close to the world knowing him a little too well.

But White was smarter than that and, apparently, worked with police to set up a swap with Ramos that ended up in his arrest. And Ramos went to jail, according to SB Nation, for a whole year for it.But that’s not where the story ended.Because, SB Nation said, when Ramos got out of jail he went after White in court, claiming that the UFC President agreed to pay him $450,000 to keep the tape and all that went with it under wraps.

May is a key word there, though, because Ramos’ attorney, Ian Christopherson, was quoted in the piece as saying he was “shocked” by the decision, and the site said he suggested “the case was not dead and buried just yet.” Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission.
