“So when I did come back to Auckland, I came into the gym and I said to Eugene, ‘How can I build myself back up and get into the UFC?’ And he said, ‘Just come to training, and the rest will take care of itself.’”After making his UFC debut at the end of 2018, Kara-France has surged up a division that has been shrouded in uncertainty at times.
“We’re in a really good place, and it’s definitely an exciting time,” the 26-year-old said. “But this has been happening for the last few years, so it’s nice to finally get the recognition for all the hard work we’ve been putting in.
