The first witness, Mark Feldstein, a professor of journalism at the University of Maryland, told London's Old Bailey court that no publisher had been successfully prosecuted in the United States for publishing leaked confidential documents. "I think the case is a fraud against the court, that's what I think — fraud against the court applied by the American Department of Justice," he said.
