A parolee has been arrested in central England amid fears he was planning a terror attack, just two days after another convicted terrorist killed two people in London. 9News
Khan grew up in Stoke-on-Trent but police said there was no information to suggest the arrested man had any links to the London attack.
Khan was being monitored with an ankle bracelet but had met the conditions of his release, Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu said in the wake of the attack.
