Sky News Foreign Coordinator Brent O’Halloran says the Emeritus Medical Director Professor Paul Cosford “is expecting a significant drop in the number of COVID-19 deaths within the next three weeks”.
The UK has been under strict lockdown restrictions for the last two weeks.
Mr O’Halloran said the Medical Director has considered the possibility of “easing some restrictions soon”. Mr O”Halloran added the UK Prime Minister Boris John “is on the mend and has moved out of ICU”.
