Dmytro Kuleba suggests Secretary-General António Guterres could be a possible mediator

Dmytro Kuleba said Kyiv was aiming for the meeting to be held at the United Nations with Secretary-General António Guterres as a possible mediator. It would take place close to a year after Russia invaded Ukraine, in a bloody war that has cost tens of thousands of lives. “Every war ends in a diplomatic way,” he said. “Every war ends as a result of the actions taken on the battlefield and at the negotiating table.”
