Ukraine’s wartime editions appeal to different markets, says Matthew Hill, editor of Stamp Collector magazine. Like all stamps, Ukraine’s wartime designs are made to travel, which has the happy effect of keeping Ukraine’s cause visible as they are flown, shipped and delivered around the world.A stamp titled “Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine” was produced in collaboration with the military.

Ukrposhta reports that its website has been taken offline by Russian hackers. Argentina has used stamps to depict the Falkland Islands as their own. North Korea uses them to show off new weaponry.
