Ukrainian actor and TV host Pasha Lee has been killed aged 33 under shelling as Russian forces occupied Irpin, the city located just west of Kyiv.
According to a Facebook post by Sergiy Tomilenko, President of Ukraine’s National Union of Journalists, he also did dubbing work on films including The Lion King and The Hobbit.His Provincial co-star Anastasiya Kasilova paid tribute to the actor on Facebook, writing: ‘He is an actor, TV presenter, my colleague and a good acquaintance… Never forgive!’
On Sunday March 6, it was reported at least eight civilians were killed in an attack on Irpin on Sunday, while the city had been cut off from electricity, water and eating for three days. The victims included two children from the same family, according to Irpin mayor Oleksandr Markushyn.Russia's invasion of Ukraine is in its eleventh day, with the attacks beginning on February 24.
