Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has addressed the United States Congress in his first trip overseas since Russia invaded Ukraine.
Mr Zelensky thanked Nancy Pelosi for “bravely” visiting “Ukraine during the full-fledged war”.
“It’s a great honour for me to be at the US Congress and speak to you and all Americans. Against all odds, and doom and gloom, senators, Ukraine didn’t fall. Ukraine is alive and kicking.”
