The 23-year-old from Seaton, Adelaide, was trying to flee the long arm of the law after officers were called to a house under construction in the suburb of Findon, following reports of windows being smashed.
He initially managed to get away from them — but as he was clambering over a fence, he became caught on it by his underwear.He charged him with unlawfully on premises, breach of bail and carry offensive weapon after a knife was found in his pocket.
