Union accuses Apple of union-busting at Memorial City Mall, files NLRB charges
A national labor union is accusing Apple of intimidating workers at a Memorial City store to prevent them from unionizing.
In charges filed Monday with the National Labor Relations Board, the Communication Workers of America alleges that workers at the Memorial City Mall Apple Store were"individually interrogated" about their support of a potential union in recent weeks. Workers were then promised improved working conditions if they refused to support the union, and worse working conditions if they supported the union, the CWA says.
