A union has accused the NSW government and police commissioner of creating 'public hysteria' after warning Sydney's New Year's Eve fireworks display could be canceled due to industrial action.

A union has accused the Minns government and the NSW Police Commissioner of creating 'public hysteria' after warnings Sydney's famed New Year's Eve fireworks could be cancelled.
