The University of Alaska Fairbanks Museum of the North will be holding an Art and Science Workshop for teens over spring break.
According to Gail Priday, School and Community liaison for the University of Alaska Museum of the North, this workshop picks a new focus of study every year, with this year being the aurora.
Along with education, another goal of this event is to broaden the horizons of students in attendance by potentially getting them interested in different subjects.
