Unleashed Brands currently includes portfolio brands such as Urban Air, Snapology, The Little Gym, and more.
"We invest in world-class brands that align with our overall company ethos, and through our partnership with Seidler Equity Partners, we'll be able to continue to serve youth of all ages in altogether new and exciting ways and interests," Browning said in a prepared statement.
According to a news release, MPK Equity Partners and AHR Growth Partners, both based in Dallas, and Denver-based Mantucket Capital will exit their investment in the business. The shareholders made their initial investments in March 2018. Browning said their exit was due to timing and that they are extremely happy with the investment they made.
Unleashed also looks to continue expanding internationally, with current locations established across 14 different countries. "No matter a kid's race, religion or origin of birth, every kid needs to learn, play and grow," Browning said."It is such an amazing opportunity to impact the next generation."
