Someone must have seen him
Stephen Howarth from Brinscall, near Chorley has not been seen since Thursday morning . Officers have stated that this is unusual for the 41-year-old, who hasn't been in contact with his family for over 24 hours.
Stephen is approximately 5ft 7", of a slim build with tattoos on his arm. He was last seen wearing dark blue work shorts, a dark blue sweatshirt and beige rigger boots.Any sightings of Stephen, call 999 or email [email protected] – quoting log number 1231 of April 13, 2023.
