74-year-old Rita Howden was last seen at around 10.15am on Thursday in the Main Street area of Chryston, with officers saying they are growing concerned for her welfare.
74-year-old Rita Howden was last seen at around 10.15am on Thursday, September 21, in the Main Street area of the North Lanarkshire village. Police Scotland officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are now appealing for anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.
Rita is described as white, 5ft 3in tall and is of slim build. When Rita was last seen she was wearing a long, grey, quilted puffer jacket, brightly coloured leggings and pink and black trainers. Officers are urging anyone who thinks they may have seen her, or has information on her whereabouts, to get in touch. Anyone with information should call 101 quoting reference 2089 of 21 September, 2023.
