Ms Hicks was travelling with Mr Trump on Air Force One on Tuesday as he flew to Cleveland for the first presidential debate against Democratic challenger Joe Biden. She was also with him on the Marine One helicopter on Wednesday when he flew back to the White House after a rally in Minnesota. The US presidential election is just over one month away.
