The teenager died in a head-on crash on August 27 last year, near a US Military base in Northamptonshire. The driver of the car, Anne Sacoolas, claimed diplomatic immunity and returned to America, where she has been since Harry died. The family spokesperson says it's the first time the U-S has turned down a UK extradition request. Britain's home office will now consider its options.
