The US and China have ramped up diplomatic talks despite major differences on trade and issues in the Indo-Pacific.
The US Secretary of State urged China to stop providing support for Russia during a meeting in Beijing .The two countries have increased diplomatic ties despite tensions over trade and security.
"Fuelling Russia's defence industrial base not only threatens Ukrainian security, it threatens European security," he said.Mr Blinken did not reveal how the US would do that, but Washington has imposed sanctions against Chinese firms for doing business with countries such as Russia, Iran and North Korea.
