Users report Virgin Media email problems as they can't sign in

'Our team are working to get this resolved as soon as possible'

Virgin Media customers took to social media this morning to express their concerns with the problem, with some users reporting having had issues since 11pm last night .

One customer, on Twitter, said:"Anyone else having problems with Virgin Media email in the UK? It's been down since just after 23:00 Sunday 18 June, UK time with login failures and failures to find the servers."this morning? Can't sign in on any browser." A third user said:"@virginmedia I can’t access my virgin media email account. Need it urgently for work and personal matters. Is the system down? If so, when will it be back online ?"Responding to one customer on Twitter, Virgin Media said they were aware of the problem and were working to resolve the issue."I can confirm we are aware of a problem impacting some of our customers and our team are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
