The latest coronavirus outbreaks across the country have helped to reduce vaccine hesitancy, with more people coming forward to get the Pfizer and AstraZeneca jabs.
A report from the Melbourne Institute found that vaccine hesitancy has been"significantly reduced" in New South Wales and Victoria.
NSW has more than halved the rate - from 32.9 per cent, down to 14.6 per cent - with the current lockdown incentivising residents to get inoculated. The report found there was still hesitancy among residents in Queensland, even in outbreaks, with Queensland sitting at 30.9 per cent.
