Mitchell, 31, was arrested in Texas for misdemeanor DWIs in both 2018 and 2020, according to court documents Around 4:00 a.m. on October 5, 2018, he was pulled over by Travis County police officers for allegedly going over 100 mph when the speed limit in that area was only 65 mph. Mitchell was said to have a 'strong' alcohol odor on his person, and he was subjected to other field sobriety tests as well. Officers said he 'lost balance,' 'failed to touch heel to toe' and 'turned improperly.'
