Ripa, a “known vegetarian,” was not pleased with her husband when he ordered her a “giant” piece of halibut, and he got a vegetarian eggplant for himself.
Kelly Ripa called out Mark Consuelos for having “no idea who I am” after he ordered her a non-vegetarian item over the weekend.
“Mark and I have been married a really long time, almost three decades. that’s a long time by long-time standards, but this man has no idea who I am,” Ripa said while she and Consuelos laughed.After ordering her fish and getting eggplant for himself, Ripa argued that she should’ve been given the vegetarian option.“No, that’s not true, that’s not true! Everybody had fish except for me and Hamilton because I made such a face and the lady said, ‘You don’t want that?'” Consuelos, 52, explained.
“And so would my wife! The vegetarian!” Ripa quickly shouted back as to what Consuelos should have said. “One vegetarian at the table, only one vegetarian at the table — me! And the two guys to my right had quinoa and veg and this one had eggplant,” she continued.
