A furious man stood up during his dad's alleged killer's trial, pulled a gun, and shot the defendant six times.

Francisco Cleidivaldo Mariano De Moura, 38, was sat in the courtroom during his trial for the murder of Francisco Alves in a dispute over a missing donkey.
The courtroom was relatively peaceful before the shooting Jury members, the judge and most of the people viewing in the public gallery dove for cover and fled the courtroom when the shooting began. But some stayed behind to tackle the shooter who was eventually pulled from his victim. De Moura could be seen lying on the floor struggling to move as he was surrounded by what appears to be blood splatter on the floor. He was rushed to a local hospital and survived.
