Princess Anne’s daughter Zara Tindall and husband Mike are “very focussed” on maintaining full financial independence from the royal family, a source close to the Tindall family has revealed.
Royal family members Zara and Mike Tindall are reportedly “very focussed” on making their own money and have turned down “handouts” from Zara’s mother Princess Anne.
The down-to-earth Tindalls live on Aston Farm within Anne’s privately-owned Gatcombe Park estate and share daughters Mia Grace and Lena Elizabeth and son Lucas Philip. Most recently, Mike has set up a new property management company called 24 Henrietta Street Bath Management and has recently launched a drinks business called Blackeye Gin.
"Zara also has several projects that she works on both here and abroad plus she has all of her associations with the horse community. However, unlike her cousin Prince Harry and his American-born wife Meghan Markle, the Tindalls have not relied on tell-all books or spilled royal secrets to bank their fortune.
Both Zara and Mike are also ambassadors for Australian racehorse auction house, Magic Millions, and travel to Queensland every summer to promote the races.
