“I spent a lot of my earlier years feeling like a failure because I couldn’t find anyone to love me,” Vicky says Hard partying and heavy drinking are what Vicky Pattison became famous for when she first hit our screens in 2011 on MTV’s– a Newcastle-based reality show known for the debauched, drunken antics of its contestants.I’m a Celebrity! Get Me Out of Here…“I’m not an, but I have abused alcohol in the past and I have a problematic relationship with drink,” admits the 34-year-old.
“My dad is an alcoholic and I grew up around that,” says Pattison, who is authoring a Channel 4 documentary,Vicky admits to having a problematic relationship with alcohol . “I’ve never been a nice drunk,” she says Pattison and her younger sister grew up in Newcastle with parents John and Caroll, who have since divorced. In the documentary, she recounts seeing herstumbling home after too many drinks or drinking spirits from the bottle, and although he has sought help in rehab and AA meetings, Pattison admits her father’s struggle is not a “linear” journey.
