A young man who was killed in a violent road rage incident in Sydney’s west has been identified, as his best friend reveals the heart-breaking details of the 27-year-old's final moments.
Witnesses recounted how Mr Harding clung to the ute and the man dragged him about 100m along the road before fatally hitting him. Mr Harding was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics who were called to the scene, but he could not be saved.“I was just going to grab some drinks and I heard this guy laying on the ground,” he told the ABC.Mr Harding was an avid kickboxer and frequented the World Gym Marsden Park located in Sydney's northwest.
“Rhyce was a much loved member of our club, who will always be remembered for his kindness, humbleness and dedication to his training.
