Victoria has recorded 114 new cases of COVID-19 and 11 additional deaths in the past 24 hours.On Saturday, the number of new daily cases of coronavirus fell below 100 for the first time since early July, with Premier Daniel Andrews pleading with residents not to jeopardise the progress made amid the state's warm, sunny weather.
"But we still have to see further days of these numbers dipping, and we want them to come down to a very low number – the lowest number we can get them to – because that will mean we can have much greater confidence that we can stay on top of this and open up.
