Victoria has recorded 22 new local COVID-19 cases as the state begins its second week of lockdown.As of last night, there were three people in hospital with COVID in Victoria.
The ABC also understands a mystery case that emerged yesterday at Roxburgh Park has now been linked to a known outbreak.
