New to Kayo? The race for versatile giant James Peatling is heating up, as the Western Bulldogs become the latest club to throw their hat in the ring, according to Channel 7’s Mitch Cleary .
Peatling has played a career-high 17 games so far in 2024, but the out-of-contract Giant has found some strong form in the past six weeks. “He’s had a really strong last six weeks of the season, out of contract, has a deal to stay at the Giants and a host of Victorian clubs are lining up for him. I understand the Dogs are the latest club to show strong interest in James Peatling… he’s another name to keep an eye on as the Trade Period develops,” Cleary said.
“I wouldn’t completely rule them out of the Malcolm Rosas Jr battle. He has a year left on his contract at the Suns, but the Suns have told him that he can explore his options with a year to go,” AFL Media’s Riley Beveridge said on Gettable.
