Mr Drumgold is suing the ACT government over findings from an inquiry into the prosecution of Bruce LehrmannToday, the ACT Supreme Court heard Victorian Judge Stephen Kaye was set to be appointed as an acting judge of the court in order to hear the case. Former ACT director of public prosecutions Shane Drumgold took legal action against the territory government and the board of an inquiry – an investigation akin to a royal commission – after the inquiry's report was scathing of his actions during Mr Lehrmann's prosecution.
