Monash University political scientist Dr Zareh Ghazarian says there needs to be a “very strong swing” against the Victorian Labor government for the Liberals to win the state election.
“Looking at the numbers it looks most likely that Labor may lose some seats, but retain that
working majority of 45-plus that they need in the chamber,” he told Sky News host Chris Smith.
