The family of Elaine Pandilovski say 'enough is enough' as her former husband is sentenced for murdering her in her home in July, 2020.

"She was one of the best," she said. How Elaine's murder unfolded has never been revealed

Pandilovski choked his wife to death, took photos of her body and then injured others when he drove on the wrong side of the road in an apparent suicide attempt. To outsiders he portrayed himself as a loving husband and father with a successful career but the Supreme Court heard the reality was starkly different.Elaine had been separated from him for more than a year and told a friend that she had no intention of reuniting with the man who was once her high school sweetheart.

Pandilovski went over to his estranged wife's home on the morning of July 14, 2020 to collect their son's broken iPad.Judge describes killing as 'terrifying' Prosecutors say Pandilovski choked his wife to death during a struggle, and then moved Elaine's body to a room beneath the stairs. The alarm was raised when Elaine failed to turn up to work and did not return calls from family members. If you need help immediately call emergency services on triple-0
