Victorian Opposition Leader Michael O'Brien says Victoria has flattened its coronavirus curve and Premier Daniel Andrews now has no excuse not to significantly ease restrictions on Sunday.He has outlined an eight-point alternative roadmap, including an expansion of retail and hospitality
"We're not talking about open slather, we're not talking about laissez faire — we're talking about something that's open, and fair, and we can do that, and we should do that."which have forced thousands of businesses to close and restricted the operations of many others. Mr O'Brien said New South Wales was an example of a state reopening safely without having eliminated the virus.
