Police are searching for a two-year-old girl believed to be missing in Melbourne for more than a week. 9News
The girl was last seen in Shepparton in Victoria's north on February 10.Investigators believe Billy is with relative Julie Commisso, 42, and may have travelled to the Footscray area.
Police and family have concerns for the girl's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing. Police have released images of Billy and Julie in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on their whereabouts.
