It comes just days after Pallas handed down the mid-year budget update, which revealed a worsening deficit.

Allan revealed that Pallas had played a pivotal role in transforming the Victorian economy over the past decade.
Pallas handed down his 10th and final budget back in May, which was a budget led by making "sensible decisions", with only a handful of winners coming out on top.
