The rapidly shrinking Victory Offices is down to a single co-working space in Sydney, after last week having its sublease from KPMG terminated at level 25 of 300 Barangaroo Avenue.
A KPMG spokeswoman told us the firm had every sympathy for Victory’s co-working clients, many of whom were “shocked and upset at discovering their situation. We are working with them to finalise their individual vacancy arrangements to minimise disruption to their businesses.”The eviction, it seems, follows lengthy negotiations over unpaid rent.
