Video captured Monday night shows a box truck speeding on JFK Boulevard bound in the direction of Bush Airport with multiple patrol units following.Eyewitness video captured on Monday night shows at least eight patrol units with lights and sirens pursuing a box truck that appeared to be heading toward Bush Intercontinental Airport.
ABC13 viewer Christian Cruz posted the apparent chase in progress to Twitter just after 9 p.m. Cruz tweeted that the chase was taking place at IAH, with a landmark light fixture further indicating the moment was captured on JFK Boulevard, a main thoroughfare that leads into the airport. Eyewitness News crews at the airport also captured multiple constable's office and Houston police units.
ABC13 has reached out to HPD and the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office regarding what Cruz saw. We are awaiting confirmed information from law enforcement.
