Franklin Township police — which patrol Buena — are investigating the cause of the explosion with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. Franklin police have not provided the names of the victims and couldn’t immediately be reached Monday morning. The vigil organizer said the children’s first names are Lyanni and Leovani.
