Remember the game at Villa Park? Leon Bailey scored a deflected strike but his purposeful running created the opening for himself to take the effort on. He needs no encouragement, and it’s imperative that whoever he’s matched up against shows him onto his right foot as much as possible.
Douglas Luiz needs to be paid attention, too. His 20 goal contributions , and 89 per cent pass completion rate make him one of the best midfielders in the league this season. He has played a key role in orchestrating attacks with his range of passing and driving runs.
