A baby name expert claims parents have been avoiding modern monikers this year
The tough choice can leave many new parents opting to use traditional names, but it looks like those well-known monikers are becoming less popular.
Speaking to The Mirror, the CEO and author said, "Names likely to rise on the Top 100 have had an upward trajectory for years and often fit a particular trend — either stylish sounds or a popular style like nature names, for example." Meanwhile, Laurie, Arnold and Gus are ones to watch for baby boys as names outside the top 500 are set to spike.
