A Co Antrim bakery that has become a household name across Northern Ireland has announced the opening of its first bakery in Belfast.

Over the past year, Dougies Goodies has been expanding its Northern Irish presence - opening its new cake factory in Ballymena as well as appearing on the shelves of local shops across the region. Dougies Goodies owner and Chief Cake Tester Frank Warwick said: “Why are we opening a bakery in Belfast?
