The man who correctly 'predicted' NSW COVID-19 case numbers last week has been charged and fined by police after he was spotted at the Sydney anti-lockdown protests over the weekend.
As well as the fine police charged him two counts of not comply with noticed direction and encourage the commission of crimes.
