Virgin Media down leaving customers without internet
More than 2,000 people are complaining of an outage with the provider, with issues starting at around 11am, according to complaints by tracker Downdetector.According to the website, 69% are complaining of landline and internet problems, 21% reported a total blackout and 2% have mobile internet issues.Some angry customers took to social media to complain.
One said: "My internet is done and the service status page on your website is blank so I can’t check status or run diagnostics. Are there known issues?" Another added: "My home broadband is down and the service status page won't load .
