Their new enclosure was unveiled this week at Five Sisters Zoo
Visitors to the Five Sisters at West Calder were delighted to watch a waddle of penguins descend on the zoo.
The colony of penguins arrived from Birdworld Surrey this week and their brand new enclosure was officially opened to the public today. The zoo said on Facebook: “They have arrived! The zoo is open from 10am today, come along and be one of the first to see our new arrivals.Visitors have been flocking to the zoo to see the group of penguin - collectively called a waddle while on land a raft in the water - who arrived just in time for the October break.
