Putin declares MARTIAL LAW in four annexed regions of Ukraine
In Russia, the minimum age to be drafted to fight is 18, and all men aged between 18 and 27 are subject to conscription for one year of duty.
The Prime Minister's official spokesman did not comment on the meeting but said: "We are very clear with Putin that the use of nuclear weapons will lead to severe consequences." Russian authorities have reportedly been ordered to make urgent checks to Putin's own underground hideout.
