The Voice to Parliament is a “modest proposal” and will help parliament make better decisions on issues affecting Indigenous Australians, says NSW Shadow Health Minister Matt Kean. “All it is, is an advisory body to the parliament, advising the parliament on matters that impact Indigenous Australians,” Mr Kean told Sky News Australia.
