The redesigned five- and seven-seat Atlas and Atlas Sport Cross get a new engine with improved acceleration and more standard features for 2024.
Volkswagen thinks America is special and deserving of vehicles developed specifically for this market, and for this year, that special vehicle gets an update. We're of course speaking of the seven-seat, which the German automaker introduced in the U.S. back in 2017 to appease our SUV-hungry buyers. The updated model rides on the same bones as the original, but now with an overhauled exterior styling, interior layout, and a new engine.
VW says more details, like pricing, will go live closer to the Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport's third-quarter 2024 production start.
