RedBridge Group Director Simon Welsh says the degree of voter disenchantment and disengagement is “remarkably high” ahead of the Victorian election.

“There is definitely a weird vibe around this election. For an election that is as important as this one, you can see the sort of social, economic position that we’re in,” he told Sky News Australia.
