West Australian gold hopeful Musgrave Minerals had three brokers asking investors for an $8 million equity injection on Wednesday morning to bankroll its pre-feasibility study.Musgrave is plugging away at its Cue project in WA’s Murchison region and recently acquired a project south of it called Mt Magnet. Cue’s mineral resource estimate, at May numbers, is for 927 koz of gold.

The offer was priced at 20¢ a share, a 13 per cent discount to the last close and 14 per cent lower than the 15-day volume weighted average price.
